Online Booking

Use the calendar below (or the date picker above) to check availability and book online.  At the time of making a booking, you will be asked to provide credit/debit card details to secure your reservation. A non-refundable deposit (usually equivalent to the first night’s stay) may be required and, if this is the case, we would inform you of the exact amount to be processed from your card. The balance of your booking will then become due on the day of departure, payable in cash or by credit/debit card.

Although we always endeavour to allocate guests the specific room they have requested on certain occasions we may need to change the allocated room.  In the event this happens we will always let you know in advance and you will always be given an equivalent room (i.e. If you requested a double en-suite you will be provided with one).  

Prior to booking please see full our Terms and Conditions.  We regret that we are unable to accommodate children.  Please also note that we do not accept pets.

Booking Multiple Rooms - To book more than one room, select the dates for the first room you would like to book via the calendar. Once the first room has been added to your reservation you can then add a second room using the "Add another booking". If you get stuck just give us a call and we will add it for you!

Please note if you would like to book more than two rooms we request that you call us to make the booking. Bookings made online for more than two rooms cannot be guaranteed.

Alternative Check-in Times - Please read BEFORE booking!

Please note on certain dates and special occasions we operate altered check-in slots (our usual check-in slots are between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm).  Check below BEFORE booking as we are unable to advise of these alternate times once you start the booking process or in your confirmation email. 

• 17/11/23 - Keswick Christmas Lights - Check-in slots available between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm only.
• 17/05/24 - Keswick Mountain Festival - Check-in slots are available between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm only.

If you wish to book for these dates please advise of your arrival time in the "Guest Requests" box during the booking process.
